Mission
The Superior Tailgating Club is devoted to putting on outstanding tailgates and supporting the University of Colorado football team through the ups and downs of college football. We strive to put together a menu of unique and tasty food, while ensuring our guests enjoy outstanding hospitality.
History of the Superior Tailgating Club
The Superior Tailgating Club started during the fall of 2001, with a leftover keg of beer, three hamburger patties and two buns. The first tailgate was small with only three attendees (Matthew Conner, Chad Athmann and Kurt Tatinski) for that first game. From our humble beginnings we have created one of the best tailgate experiences in Boulder. During the fall of 2007, we combined the Superior Tailgating Club with the tailgating activities of Sean & Kristy Walsh at Farrand Field, just a few hundred yards south of the beautiful Folsom Field.
